TANNUKIのSato Wind Shortsのような、やや短めのショートパンツとの相性がとても良いクルー丈のランニングソックスです。底面はクッション性のあるやや厚地のパイル仕様となっており、地面から足にかかる衝撃を軽減します。着圧やアーチサポート等の機能は保持していませんが、その分適度なフィット感で、足をしめつけ過ぎず、着脱が容易です。また足の中央部にはリブ地を配置し、フィット感を高めています。
ボーダー柄の間にTANNUKIロゴを配置し、後ろ方見たときにロゴが読めるようにデザインされています。つま先部分からはタヌキのシルエットがのぞきます。

－素材
素材は、肌触りの良いコットンとアクリルの混紡素材です。使われているアクリル素材はドイツで生まれた乾式紡糸法という特殊な製法で作られた素材で、ファイバーの断面をドッグボーン形状にすることで高い吸水性を発揮します。また軽さの割に厚さがあるスポンジッシュでソフトな風合いです。
繊維上の菌繁殖を抑制する抗菌防臭加工が施されています。加工は化粧品をモデルに設計された天然有機系の加工となっており、人体に優しく環境にも配慮されています。

広陵町は平安時代の書物にも記述のある長い歴史を持っています。町内にある讃岐神社には竹取物語のゆかりもあるしっとりと落ち着いた町です。奈良県は日本で最も多くの靴下を生産している県で、その中でも広陵町にはいくつもの靴下工場があり、様々な素材と最適な糸調子の組み合わせを知る熟練の職人さんたちが働いています。

- Design Points
These crew-length running socks pair perfectly with slightly shorter shorts like TANNUKI's Sato Wind Shorts. The cushioned, slightly thick pile sole reduces impact from the ground. While they don't offer compression or arch support, they offer a comfortable fit that doesn't restrict the foot and makes them easy to put on and take off. Rib design is also placed in the midfoot for a better fit.
The TANNUKI logo is placed among the striped patterns, allowing it to be read when viewed from behind. A raccoon dog silhouette peeks out from the toe.

-Material
The material is a soft, cozy blend of cotton and acrylic. The acrylic used is made using a special German-invented dry spinning method, which creates a dog bone-shaped fiber cross section for high absorbency. It's also lightweight yet thick and spongy, with a soft texture.
The socks are treated with an antibacterial and deodorizing process to inhibit bacterial growth on the fibers. The natural organic treatment, modeled after cosmetics, is gentle on the human body and environmentally friendly.

The socks are produced at a sock factory in Koryo-cho, Nara Prefecture.
Koryo-cho has a long history, even mentioned in Heian period documents. Its tranquil town, home to Sanuki Shrine, is associated with the Tale of Taketori. Nara Prefecture is the largest producer of socks in Japan, and Koryo-cho is home to several sock factories, staffed by skilled artisans who know how to combine various materials with optimal thread tension.
