決して重くはないのですが、適度に厚みがある素材です。またわずかに光沢感もあり、この厚みと若干の光沢感によって、ランニングキャップでありながら、スポーツ特有の雰囲気が軽減され、ある種の品の良さを出せていると思っています。
ラン時にはもちろん、その前後や普段のスタイルにもぜひ合わせていただきたいです。

縫製工場は大阪府にあります。帽子専門工場としての歴史があります。
高い技術力を持った職人達により、裁断、縫製されます。例えばジェットキャップの頭頂部のカーブをいかに美しく仕上げるか、生地と芯地を張り合わせる際の温度と圧力の調整、など各所に蓄積された知見が活かされています。
ぜひ細かく丁寧な仕上がりを見ていただきたいと思っています。

素材
＞豊かな伸縮性と強度が特徴のライクラブランドのポリウレタン素材とナイロン素材を混紡した素材です。
＞ライクラブランドのファイバーは、クモの糸のように細く、引っ張ると元の長さの4～7倍にまで伸びます。また、力を緩めればまたすぐに元に戻るという、優れた伸縮、回復性をもつ合成繊維です。
＞素材の効果により、しなやかな着心地と、快適なフィット感を提供します

This jet cap is made of smooth stretch material.
The material is not heavy, but has a moderate thickness. The thickness and slight sheen of the material reduces the sporty feel of the cap and gives it a certain elegance, even though it is a running cap.

The sewing factory is located in Osaka Prefecture. It has a long history as a factory specializing in hats.
The hats are cut and sewn by highly skilled craftsmen. For example, they have accumulated knowledge on how to beautifully finish the curve of the top of a jet cap, how to adjust the temperature and pressure when laminating the fabric and interlining, and so on.
