普段も使えて、走れるハット、Sato Tyrolean Hatです。

ごく稀にハットスタイルで山を走っているトレイルランナーを見かけます。ハットは前にも後ろに横にもつばがついているので、全方位からの紫外線を防ぐことができます。またキャップに比べてカジュアルな印象で、普段着との相性も良いように思います。
キャップはそれがどんな形だとしても似合うものが見つからない、だけどハットなら被れる、と話す友人もいます。

チロリアンハットという種類のハットはご存じでしょうか。前つばは短く若干角度がついており、後ろは折れ上がっている形のハットです。ヨーロッパチロル地方の民族衣装に起源を持ち、日本においても昔の登山者のスタイルによくでてきます。

Sato Tyrolean Hatはチロルスタイルとノーマルなハットスタイルのハイブリッドタイプのハットになります。つばの後ろ側にスナップボタンがついており、つばを上げたり下げたりすることで、通常のハットスタイルにも、チロル風スタイルにも変化させることが出来ます。
通常のチロリアンハットはフェルト素材で作られることが多いですが、タヌキではキャップで実績のあるストレッチライクラ素材を採用いたしました。スタイルはどこかオールドスクールな雰囲気もあるチロリアン/ハットスタイル、素材には撥水、軽量、ストレッチのライクラ素材、これらを組み合わせた他にはない製品に仕上がっている、と思います。

もう一つ、スナップでつばを固定することで、ヘッドライトも好相性です。スナップ側を前に、つばを上げて、スナップで止めてさっとライトを装着いただければと思います。
Sato Tyrolean Hatは街でもハイクでも使っていただけると思いますが、ぜひぜひランニングにも使っていただきたいと思っています。

＞内側両サイドにループが付いていますので、お手持ちのコードなどを通すのにご利用いただけます。

素材
＞ナイロンとポリウレタンを混紡したライクラストレッチ素材です。
＞強度とストレッチ性を併せ持ちます。
＞キックバック（回復性）にも優れます。
＞若干光沢のある上品な素材感です。

The Sato Tyrolean Hat is a hat that can be used for everyday use and running.

It is sometimes to see trail runners running in the mountains in hat style. Hats have brims on the front, back, and sides, so they offer protection from UV rays from all directions. They also look more casual than caps and seem to go well with everyday clothing.
Some of my friends tell me that they can't find a cap that fits them, no matter what shape it is, but they can wear a hat.

Have you ever heard of a type of hat called a Tyrolean hat? The front brim is short and slightly angled, and the back is folded up. It has its origins in the folk costumes of the Tyrol region of Europe, and is often seen in the styles of mountain climbers in Japan as well.

The Sato Tyrolean Hat is a hybrid of the Tyrolean and normal hat styles. It has a snap button on the back of the brim that can be raised or lowered to create either a normal hat style or a Tyrolean style.
While most Tyrolean hats are usually made of felt, we have chosen to use a stretch Lycra material that has a proven quality in caps. The style is somewhat old-school Tyrolean/Hat style, but the material is water-repellent, lightweight, and stretchy Lycra.

The brim is secured with snaps, making it a good match for headlights. You can quickly attach a light to the hat by placing the snap side in the front, raising the brim, and fastening it with the snaps.
The Sato Tyrolean Hat can be used in the city or on a hike, but we would definitely like to see it used for running as well.

Design
>Brim width 5.0cm at the front and back and 4.7cm on both sides.

＞Loops on both sides of the inside can be used to thread through your own cords.
