アンダンテとは、音楽用語のテンポを表す言葉で「ほどよく、ゆっくりと」という意味です。
アレグロやプレストなどという言葉も耳にしたことがあるかもしれません、それらはどちらかというと速いテンポを表していまして、一方でこちらのアンダンテは歩くかのようなゆっくりさという意味となっています。
TANNUKIの新たなシグネチャーモデルのアンダンテシリーズは、ほどよくゆっくりと、走ったり（何なら歩いたり）する為のウェアとして開発をいたしました。歴代のアイテムの中でも、アクティビティと日常の間において、もっともシームレスに活用いただけるアイテムとなっています。

山で使えるカーディガンを作りたいとずっと思っていました。ほどよくゆとりのあるシルエットで。さっと羽織れる感じの。
カーディガンを特徴づける仕様はやはり前ボタンです。ジッパーが醸し出すスポーティな感じと対比すると、やはり力の抜け具合が大きく異なります。アクティビティ用として考えたときも、ボタン仕様なためナチュラルなベンチレーション効果がまず発揮されます。更に、どこのボタンを開けていても閉めていても成り立つため、スタイリングとベンチレーションの両面で変化を楽しむことができるのです。トレイルカーディガン、とてもおすすめです。

素材は今回新たに採用した、（見た目にはわかりませんが）繊維がバネ形状となっているポリエステル100％素材です。一番の特徴は、軽さとストレッチ性の両立にあります。とても軽い着心地で、かつしっかりとストレッチし動きやすさを発揮します。また撥水加工が施されており、汚れもつきにくく、小雨なんかはしっかりと弾きます。一方で風合いには、コットンを思わせるナチュラルさがあり、山にも街にもスッと馴染みます。

ーデザイン
身幅にほどよいゆとりのあるカーディガンタイプのデザインです。
前ボタンが７つついています。全部閉めてもいいし、２つだけ閉めても、６つだけ閉めてみても。そのバリエーションを計算してみたのですが、ざっと128通り（間違えていたらすみません）！
真ん中あたりの２つだけ閉めてみたり、一番上だけ閉めてみたり、バリエーション豊かに楽しめるのがまずフロントボタン仕様の魅力です。

襟周りはシンプルな丸首タイプです。下にフード付きアイテムなんかを合わせても相性が良さそうです。ポケットはフロントに１つパッチポケットがあって、例えばジェルなんかをさっと取り出すことが可能です。サイドにはジッパー付きポケットとスナップボタン付きポケットが付属します。ジッパー付きの方は、パッカブル仕様となっていまして、携帯するのにも便利です。
ロゴは控えめに左サイドの脇辺りに配置されます。上部はシンプルなデザインなので、コーディネートしやすくデイリーユースにも馴染みが良いはず。
裾にはドローコードが付いていまして、スタイリングに変化を持たせたり、山で風が強い時なんかには、下からの風を防いでくれる効果もあります。

素材の通気感とも連動しますが、ボタンで止まっている（だけ）ですので、ボタンとボタンの間から風が出入りします。通常のウインドブレーカーだと、時として熱気が内側にこもる感じがある（これはしっかりと風を防いでいる結果とも言えますが）ことがあります。それに対して、アンダンテカーディガンは、ここでもほどよく内側の熱気を外に逃がしてくれて、オーバーヒートにしくいです。着用したまま動き続ける、というような、トレイルランニングにもよくあるシチュエーションでも効果を発揮します。

トレイルでも日常でも旅に持っていくのにも、軽い着心地の毎日使えるカーディガンとなっています。

ー素材
従来、素材にストレッチ性を持たせるためには、繊維自体が伸びる性質を持つポリウレタンを使うことが多かったです。その伸縮性においてポリウレタンは優れた素材なのですが、基本的に、【重い】ことも特徴の一つで、機能的な弱点となっています。一方でポリエステル素材の多くは、基本的な軽量さを持っていますが、伸縮性は持ちません。今回採用した素材は、バネような、らせん状の構造を持つ分子をベースとするポリエステルで作られており、ストレッチ性と軽量性の両立がついに実現された素材となっています。
そして、こちらのストレッチ、伸びるのはもちろん伸びるのですが、伸びた後にしっかりと戻る（キックバックと言います）のも大きな特徴です。伸びっぱなしでなく、しっかりと戻る。折り目正しい感じです。
この他にポリエステルが本来持つ特徴である、取り扱いのしやすさ（ご家庭での洗濯ももちろん可能です）や速乾性も併せ持ちます。更には、後から加工を施すことで、水を弾く撥水性も持つスーパー機能素材となっています。

そして、この素材がもう一つ優れているところが、そのスーパー機能性を表に出さないところにあります。多機能化繊素材でありながら、ナチュラルな顔をして、さらっとどこにでも馴染む感じ。とても多くの機能を有しているようには見えません。
その自然に馴染む風合いが、カーディガンという服種ともとても相性が良く、トレイルでも街でも違和感なくお使いいただけるアイテムとなっています。

組織の部分では、二重織という、表と裏で異なる組織が出てくる形で作られており、肌面に凹凸を生み出しているため、肌離れがよく、さらっとした着心地を生み出しています。
更にはUVカット効果で日焼け対策としても活用できます。

Andante is a musical term for tempo, meaning “moderate or slow.
You may have heard the words “allegro” and “presto,” which describe a rather fast tempo, while “andante” here means slow as if you were walking.
TANNUKI's new signature model, the Andante series, has been developed as clothing for running (or walking, if you prefer) at a moderately slow pace. Of all our previous products, this is the one that can be used most seamlessly between activities and everyday life.

We always wanted to make a relaxed cardigan that could be used in the mountains.
The front button is the most distinctive feature of the cardigan. When contrasted with the sporty feel that zippers create, the degree of effortlessness is quite different. When considering it as an activity item, the natural ventilation effect is first of all demonstrated because of the button design. Furthermore, because it can be worn with any button open or closed, you can enjoy changes in both styling and ventilation. We like the Trail Cardigan.

The material is a newly adopted 100% polyester material whose fibers have a spring shape (although we cannot see it with our eyes). It is very lightweight and comfortable, yet stretchable and easy to move around in. It also has a water-repellent finish that resists stains and light rain. On the other hand, the texture has a natural feel reminiscent of cotton, and it blends in easily both in the mountains and in town.

- Design
Cardigan-type design with a moderately loose fit.
It has seven front buttons. You can close all of them, or just two, or six. We calculated the variations, and there are 128 ways (sorry if I'm wrong)!
The charm of the front button design is that you can enjoy a wide variety of closures, such as closing only the middle two buttons, or only the top two buttons.

The collar is a simple round neck type. It looks good with a hooded item underneath. There is one patch pocket on the front for quick access to gels. There are two side pockets, one with a zipper and the other with snap buttons. The zippered pocket is packable and convenient for carrying.
The logo is discreetly placed around the left side. The upper part has a simple design, so it should be easy to coordinate and fit in well with daily use.
The hem has a drawcord, which can be used to change the styling or to block the wind from below when it is windy in the mountains.

The wind can flow in and out from between the buttons. With a normal windbreaker, there is sometimes a feeling of hot air being trapped inside (although this can be said to be a result of the wind being well protected). In contrast, the Andante Cardigan, here too, allows the hot air inside to escape moderately well, making it difficult to overheat. It also works well in situations that are common in trail running, where you keep moving while wearing it.

It is a lightweight, comfortable, everyday cardigan that can be worn on the trail, in everyday life, or taken on a trip.

- Material
Traditionally, polyurethane, which has the property of stretching as a fiber itself, has been used to give stretchiness to materials. Polyurethane is an excellent material in terms of its elasticity, but it is also characterized by its heaviness, which is a functional weakness. On the other hand, most polyester materials are basically lightweight, but do not have elasticity. The material we have adopted this time is made of polyester based on molecules with a spring-like, helical structure, and it is a material that finally achieves both stretchability and light weight.
The stretchy material stretches, of course, but its major feature is that it returns firmly after stretching (called “kickback”). It does not remain stretched, but returns firmly.
In addition to this, polyester is easy to handle (it can be washed at home, of course) and dries quickly, which are inherent characteristics of polyester. Furthermore, it is a super functional material that can be treated afterwards to have water repellency.

Another outstanding feature of this material is that it does not reveal its super-functionality. Although it is a multifunctional synthetic material, it has a natural look and feels. It does not look like it has many functions.
The natural texture of the material goes well with cardigans, making it an item that can be used both on the trail and in town without any discomfort.

The structure is made in the form of a double weave, in which different structures appear on the front and back surfaces, creating an uneven surface on the skin, which makes the fabric feel comfortable and light on the skin.
Furthermore, the UV-cut effect can be used as a sun protection measure.
